You will be exposed to new terminology which was introduced during COVID 19. You will be challenged to evaluate existing thinking models and the possibilities around the re-design of processes, work delivery and engagement which needs to happen fast and furious. You will be exposed to re-assessing the old in terms of the existing vision, plans and systems in place to manage a workforce which can no longer be the default system of leading, managing and execution of deliverables. The leader will learn how to sharpen their skills on giving trust, building rapport, celebrating small wins as any achievement during this time of exponential change.
